Pet Defense Writes About the National Pet Owners Bill of Rights
National Pet Owners Bill of Rights
September 26, 2009 ·
PetPAC.net has started the Call to Action to Push the National Pet Owners Bill of Rights !
Go to http://petpac.net to check it out! With support by animal owners, PetPAC will bring the issue forward for sponsoring in Congress. This is necessary to establish and maintain the ownership rights of animal owners, where current laws are attempting to damage the rights of owners! The Humane Society and their animal rights friends, consistently advertise on TV,by direct mail, online, and far more—but their deception is deep. The donated money to HSUS goes to lobby legislatures, marketing their deception, and to draft laws against animal owners, while drafting laws that make selling animals into “animal abuse.” This is currently being done nationwide!
Also, PIJAC (Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council) which represents the national pet industry, has seen the necessity of allowing animal owners to join their campaign against the animal rights extremists anti-pet laws. Although Petdefense feels that PIJAC is late in entering the fray as to owners, the Pet Industry needs to take a more concerted effort to thwart the Animal Rights legislation nationwide. The extreme numbers of anti-pet laws, which numbered close to 200+ separate bills nationwide—- will require the unity of the Pet Industry and the pet/animal owners. The average animal owner does NOT EVEN REALIZE what Animal Rights laws are being pushed, and they often think they are “not affected” but this is completely untrue. All owners are affected, and they do not even KNOW it.

If you have never read the The Dog Press or The Dog Place online, then you have been missing out on information regarding Animal Rights and owners. While we don’t agree with every single facet of every single article, there is plenty that we do agree with, and you will likely learn more overall. The link above, has an article concerning that notorius Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah, that uses celebrities, works with H$U$ and claims none of the below should ever, ever be done….
1. Buy a puppy
2. Sell a puppy
3. Let a petstore sell a puppy or kitten unless it is already a “rescue” or “shelter” animal
4. Breed any dog that has aggression as a trait in the breed or to breed a dog for aggression….(Now that includes hypothetically, tons of breeds because while no breed is inherently dangerous, MANY breeds can be suspicious, wary, drivey, and headstrong; so if those traits could be put together, Best Friends might consider that “aggression.”) Let’s be clear about Best Friends, they are NOT canine experts. They are WAY worse than most AR groups because their original base of people came from [one of] the Satanic Churches. You don’t see Michael Mountain leading the group now do you? They made sure (now) that he isn’t in the limelight, mostly due to the Satanic church issue……You can read all about that origination on Petdefense by using the search box. We have lots of details. It’s also on The Dog Place online.
Satanists in their following often used dogs (Alsatians, aka GSD) and kept them to warn of the doom re the end of the world, which the Satanists spent tons of time writing about. So it’s not exactly surprising that Best Friends keeps over a thousand dogs on their property. Nothing wrong with saving animals, but how much time and money is used to care for over 1,000 dogs? That are never placed? Isn’t that what hoarders do? And don’t they put hoarders in jail?
As another example, we recall M. Mountain bragging about spending over $5,000 [of other people's money] to do medical work on a $5 cat. That’s an example of how they spend donations. They also admitted to spending $140,000 to bring stray dogs to the USA from Beriut, Lebanon.
Yep, 1,000 dogs being hoarded isn’t quite enough eh? Best Friends couldn’t just go to 10 local shelters, and take 100 dogs set up to be killed, and get them for free. NO, that would be too easy. Spend that $140,000 [could have been more]—- boot out a host of pitbull type dogs, and then bring in those wonderful stray dogs from the foreign country. Now you see why anyone with a brain would not condone donating to a Satan originator, money wasting, hypocritical, deceptive organization that wants to end the pet trade.
Best Friends has helped to close down at least 3 petstores in CA, claiming people should not buy a pet from THAT petstore. Furthermore, Best Friends and H$U$ consistently stand outside Petland stores and tell people that every dog in the store came from an abused situation (where “abuse” means they may have come from commercial kennel)……. Best Friends has a page on their website with the link dontbuypuppies.com,net,org, etc. The truth is that neither H$U$ or Best Friends wants anyone to buy, sell, trade, or own an animal. They believe animals are NOT our property in the law. Final answer, and the absolute answer as to why the ARs consistently make bad laws against our animals. They want no one to own them because they believe they are NOT property. It is essential for any owner to understand that tenet. That one belief
Best Friends ignores constitutional law (interstate commerce) and says no one should buy or sell animals, and Best Friends believes that animals are NOT your property, which means, Best Friends is Animal Rights. Although Best Friends likes to pretend it saves dogs, what they really do is hoard animals as they keep about 1,000+ dogs. Oh sure, they took some of the Michael Vick dogs, because they got paid almost or more than, a million bucks??? How hard would it be to hire trainers for a million? Could we train deer to want alcohol?

Best Friends actually advocates no one should buy/sell puppies, yet they are building a brand new PUPPY FARM [our opinion] HOTEL. They help seize puppies from breeders [that they claim you should not buy] and then resell them while pimping off the very same puppies as absolutely wonderful and marvelous because Best Friends is selling them, not the breeder.
As an example, Best Friends portrays itself as saving dogs. Yet when a rescuer drove cross country to Best Friends, and found 2 stray dogs along the highway, rescuer picked them up, believing that Best Friends would take the dogs and find them a new home. Guess what? Not only would Best Friends NOT take the dogs, they wouldn’t even let the dogs onto the compound. Needless to say, the rescuer no longer believes in Best Friends Sanctuary or whatever they now call it. We also have that story/link on this blog.
As we know, H$U$ (Humane Society of the USA) does the same thing—but takes in $$ via immaculate deception. Except when H$U$ does it, they claim that’s where all their $$$$ goes–alegedly to save animals? HAHHAHAHA Where it really goes, is to financing their lawsuits (usually at least 40/year), lobbying, advertising, raids conducted nationwide–weekly, if we are to believe H$U$, and devising deception so that they can keep fooling people. All of that takes money, to pay teams of strategists; corporate tax specialists, advertising teams, marketing teams, branding for marketing, you name it.
H$U$ is so GREEDY they are now SUING the Helmsley trust fiduciaries, claiming that because H$U$ did not get awarded any $$$$ out of the trust, nor did ASPCA, that the fiduciaries must be sued so that essentially, H$U$ should get some $$$$$???? How self-serving is that? Then H$U$ has Maddie’s Fund in there with them, to lend “credibility” to the suit. Let’s face it, Pacelle is nothing but the devil in disguise. Why would anyone donate $$ to H$U$ unless they want to fund animal rights lawsuits to take away owner rights?
If you want to donate $$ to a group, just know that the H$U$ fleeces millions of people per year, leading them to believe that they are not Animal Rights. H$U$ is pretty much just like Peta, but they claim they don’t condone radical acts. What difference does it make if they take your $$$ and pretend to do one thing, but are misrepresenting what they ACTUALLY do? Peta outright admits that no animals should be owned, period. H$U$ is hiding behind that veil of “mainstream” to take your money.
H$U$ does not believe animals are property, that is why they make proposed animal laws taking away the rights of PEOPLE and owners. BEWARE.
